When a trade has ended, completed or not. The Buyer and the Seller may give eachother feedback. To give feedback to eachother you must have a thread with a seller and a buyer. At the end of the deal, the seller should say it has been sold to whomever.
The buyer or the seller clicks on eachother's MyTrade (#) and you'll be sent forth their MyTrade profile. Click on "Submit Feedback for User" to forward to the feedback form.
On the feedback form:
1. Drop down and choose if you were the seller or buyer.
2. Drop down and choose either negative or positive or neutral
3. Type something for the the pubilc to see. Often "great buyer/seller! or bad buyer/seller"
4. Enter the thread URL that you traded in. This is very important because this link will be open to the public. It shows that there was a trade involved.
5. Enter something for additional comments, only the buyer, seller and staff can see the additional comments. Submit
The reciever will be notified by a PM with your feedback.
On the PM of the reciever:
1. A link will be provided with the PM. Click on the link to reply to the feedback. This is very useful if you get a negative feedback for no reason. You can reply what had happend and the public can see it. This will help the mods and admins show that one person was at fault.
Getting negative feedback doesn't mean you'll get banned from the forum. If you scammed the person then you deserve the negative feedback. We only care about unjustified feedback.
Please note: Abusing the MyTrade feedback system can get you IP banned. The forum doesn't allow multiple accounts and proxy accounts, so you don't want to get banned. Please trade with confidence.
These are the rules:
1. Unjustified negative feedback is not allowed. Means negative feedback for no reason.
2. Unjustified positive feedback is not allowed. Means positived feedback for no reason, often by friends or whatnot. The URL provided can prove this.
3. Their must be a buyer and seller and an item. The URL provided can prove this. In other words, just don't open a thread and say give me feedback.
4. Trading real money for items isn't allowed, do that somewhere else.
The admins and mods will enforce these rules. Vigilant members can also help us by reporting bad feedbacks by PM to any of the staff. We won't allow any sort of abuse and remember negative feedbacks does NOT mean you'll get banned from the forum. Myshop:
Under no circumstances will we allow MyShop trade to happen in these forums.
IF any of you are caught selling MyShop on these forums we will not hesitate to give you a ban or a 1 week suspension.
